Our Methodologies

Learn more about the different methodologies we have and use. This varies from our own way of working to known methodologies, like those of SiriusDecions.

SiriusDecisions

SiriusDecisions empowers the world’s leading marketing, product and sales leaders to make better decisions, execute with precision and accelerate growth. There’s a big chance you have already encountered their methods (e.g. The Demand Waterfall).

Demand Waterfall

Lead Management

Companies which have proper lead management have 8x more deals per 1000 inquiries than companies which don't.

SLA

Service Level Agreements

Marketing, Inside Sales, and Sales make agreements (e.g. what makes a lead? time to process a lead. How to recycle a lead? Etc).

Campaign Framework

Best-Practice

Do you offer a new solution or do you compete in an existing market? That makes a difference! From awareness, to consideration, to decission. Think about sales enablement, demand generation, and marketing intelligence.

Organization Model

How to organize

Which department structure works best? To centralize or to decentralize? Or better how would a hybrid model work? How does it differ for SMB versus large enterprice?

Agile

A proven method of project management. Mostly used in software development. Requirements and solutions evolve through the collaborative effort of self-organizing. It advocates adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery, and continuous improvement, and it encourages rapid and flexible response to change.

SCRUM

Kanban and SCRUM are two Agile methods. SCRUM works in 1-4 week cycles, called ‘sprints’.

For Implementation

The first sprint(s) cover the basic set up (e.g. Marketo). Other ‘sprints’ for integrations (e.g. CRM). Each sprint results in a piece of deployed final product.

Sprints

Each sprint starts with a sprint planning event that aims to define a sprint backlog, identify the work for the sprint, and make an estimated forecast for the sprint goal. Each sprint ends with a sprint review and sprint retrospective, that reviews progress to show to stakeholders and identify lessons and improvements for the next sprints.

For Campaign Deployment

For each campaign a ‘story’ is defined. For each story all texts, images, etc are created and gathered. These are submitted for the next sprint. During the sprint the campaigns are deployed in marketing automation (e.g. Marketo). It enables marketers to better plan and prioritize their marketing efforts.
